PREPRESS

Our experienced professionals have state-of-the-art equipment to prepare your print project to reproduce accurately. We accept files including PC and MAC platforms. Rampage workflow ensures the highest quality output from proofing plates. Innovative proofing systems from Fuji provide the utmost precision during this critical phase. Color management processes are in place between the prepress department and the pressroom to ensure consistent quality.

PRESSROOM

Superior quality control is what sets our pressrooms apart from others. We have the absolute highest quality control standards in place on every press to provide the highest level of precision and attention to detail.

The 40" Heidelberg sheetfed press offers "One Pass Productivity", which allows printing on both sides in a single pass. It meets the highest quality levels by using UV inks which allows ink saturation at its maximum level on various substrate including coated paper and synthetic materials such as plastic. As well as two sided printing, this press will also in-line UV Coat.

Our 40" Mitsubishi sheet fed press with computerized consoles have the ability to print one color through six colors plus aqueous coating in line.

Both web presses (6 and 10 color) accept 17, 22, and 28" inserts, print with instantly curing UV inks, and are equipped with register control systems. Each press can print its maximum amount of units on 1 side or any combination up to half of its total units on each side of the web. While both webs can deliver as rolls or fanfold the 10 color web can also deliver as sheets.

DATA MANAGEMENT

We offer our clients Instant Information Access. Simply put, we can archive and retrieve files, and provide availability through web-based storage system, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
